Production uses an injection- stretch blow molding process. PET preforms are first injection- molded, then reheated, stretched, and blow molded to form the final bottle body.
Trimming removes excess flash or burrs around the bottle neck and base to support smooth closure and pump assembly.
Standard glossy surfaces can be molded directly.
Optional frosted effects may be produced with matte masterbatch during molding or by post process surface sandblasting.
