1,What is your payment term?
-Our payment term is T/T in advance,30% deposite against performa invoice and balance should be paied before shipment.
2,Why is have to be deposite?
-Most of our packaging products are custom made(exclusive printing),if by any chance the order is canceled, those products cannot sell to anybody else.
3,What is your packaging products' MOQ?
-Normally plastic tube MOQ:10000pcs per size
4-layer plastic tube MOQ:20000pcs per size
Aluminum laminated tube MOQ:20000pcs per size
5,Do you offer free samples?
-Sure,we are glad to send some samples to you for reference of our products.For small quantities,we will offer samples with free of charge.Please advise your speedpost like DHL or FedEx account numbers to us.Usually we'll send out the samples within 2 working days if we have stocks.We'll send out samples in 7 working days for new sampling.
6,What is the usual process to doing packaging business with your company?
-Artwork approval-sampling-sample approval-production
7,How long samples can be done?
-Usually it takes 10 days for sampling after artwork gets final approval.
8,How will my product packed during shipping is it safe during long way shipping?
-We pack them layer by layer and with standard export cartons with required shipping marked,it will be steady and save.
9,Will you be responsible for any quality issue?
-Yes.We believe quality inspection.But in any case complaints happen,we will always take it very serious with a responsible attitude until problem solved.
About the packing
-----Carton size: 53cm*37cm*38cm OR 58cm*39cm*50cm.
-----As for sealed tubes (filling from tube orifice): tubes and caps are packed separately. Caps will not be assembled on the tubes.
------ As for unsealed tubes/open-end tubes (filling from tube end): Caps will be assembled on the tubes. And it will be put in order in a polybag within a carton.
About the shipping
----- For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS, usually it takes 3-5 work days to arrive. It is a little expensive. If the order quantity is large, we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on different regions. If urgent, you could select transport by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
-----Note: normally offer FOB Guangzhou price first.
