Product Description
We, Guangzhou Amy Plastic Tube Co.,Ltd, are specialized in manufacturing cosmetic tubes, aluminate laminated tube, and plastic laminated tube and now we are becoming one of the main suppliers in domestic and foreign industry of cosmetic packaging.
We are equipped with UV five colors automatic silk-screen printing machines, multifunctional machine for perforating, foil sealing and screwing, automatic labeling machine and automatic hot stamping machines, we have many production lines, And the annual production is up to 100 million pieces. We also developed some products independently, like the oval, super-oval, triangle, square and round tubes which diameter is 13mm to 60mm, and many types of cap. All of these products are widely used in cosmetic fields, chemical industry & foodstuffs, we got good reputations from the clients.
Product description:
1. Specification: Diameter in 10,13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 30, 35, 38, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60mm, with volume to be adjusted between 1.5g-500g.
2. Classification: Single layer, double layer and multiple-layer soft tubes, classified into the clear tube, white tube, pearl's and colored tube; Round tube, elliptical tube (flat tube) and so on.
3. Printing: 1-color to 6-color offset printing, silkscreen prints and hot-stamping prints are available.
4. Post processing: Frosted finish, bronzing and silvering and other special process available for option.
5. Supported products: Various covers: Round headed, flat headed, cover-turning and metallic and so on, the devoted filling head can be customized for processing according to customers' requirements, and the existing common mould can be chosen as the mould for supported cover.
6. Packing: Standard package suitable for long distance freight, such as air or sea freight
7. MOQ: 10, 000 pcs/item for white tube and 20, 000pcs/item for colored tube.
8. Payment term: T/T

Packaging Details: Standard Export Carton. We can pack in compliance with the client's requirements.
Delivery Detail: 30days after sample confirmation
About the packing
-----Carton size: 53cm*37cm*38cm OR 58cm*39cm*50cm.
-----As for sealed tubes (filling from tube orifice): tubes and caps are packed separately. Caps will not be assembled on the tubes.
------ As for unsealed tubes/open-end tubes (filling from tube end): Caps will be assembled on the tubes. And it will be put in order in a polybag within a carton.
About the shipping
----- For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS, usually it takes 3-5 work days to arrive. It is a little expensive. If the order quantity is large, we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on different regions. If urgent, you could select transport by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
-----Note: normally offer FOB Guangzhou price first.
