Types of corrugated carboard
The types of corrugation are divided by the height and density. Generally used type: Large corrugated board D K type, Medium A B C type, Micro E F G N O type.
Basic parameters of each type:
- Corrugated paperboard is a multi-layer paperboard which is adhesive by cardboard and corrugated core paper
- The section structure is approximately triangular shape for high rigidity and bearing capacity
- The hollow space is elastic to increase cushioning and shockproof performance
- Shape of corrugated board: U,V & UV shape. UV shape combines the advantages of both U & V shape and become the general used one which has high compressive strength and elasticity and also a reasonable amount usage of raw materials.

c. Frequently-used code and GSM of base paper:
i. Kraft liner board: B paper 125g/m2 A paper 175g/m2 K paper 250-255 g/m2 G paper 300g/m2
ii. Liner paper: C paper 127-130g/m2
iii. White cardboard: W paper 160g/m2 KW paper 140g/m2
iv. Core paper: F paper 112g/m2 it shows 3 or 9 when used as core paper or medium paper.
