IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a new type of opener + horizontal opener + centrifugal cotton machine (another form of air condenser) + multi-box blending + vertical opener + continuous cotton + cotton box carding machine.
At the same time, the opener inside the machine has the same function as the non-woven fabric, and can also be used in non-woven fabrics, which is more high-precision and precise.
In fact, before the process of continuous cotton feeding, the process before the non-woven fabric can be replaced by the non-woven carding machine and the feeding box, but this is more precise and high-end, and the price is more expensive.
It can be understood that the above process (before continuous cotton feeding) can be used for both open end spinning or ring-spinning yarns, as well as non-woven fabrics.
