This machine is suitable for filling products such as mascara, lip gloss, and lip color. It integrates filling, internal cap pressing, and capping into one unit. Features include fast filling speed, precise dosage, high pass rate, and simple operation.
An automated conveyor feeds slanted lipstick tubes, with built-in sorting to precisely align tube angles for accurate follow-up work.
This slanted lipstick machine runs on PLC-controlled multi-station automation. It operates easily, steadily and efficiently with uniform output for mass production.
Key steps: Mold preheating for smooth paste molding; precise servo/screw filling via metering valves to inject even lipstick paste, cut material waste and guarantee consistent fill volume per lipstick.

Lipstick production Process:
1. Grinding lipstick powder material with three-roll grinder (three-roll grinder)
2. Stir the ground toner in a heated mixing bucket until the ingredients become liquid (heated mixing bucket).
3. Pour the liquid lipstick raw material into the lipstick filling machine for filling, and use it with the lipstick mold (12-hole lipstick filling machine)
4. Place the canned lipstick mold over the freezer tunnel and freeze it. (Freezing tunnel)
5. Finally, the production of lipstick is completed on the lipstick mold with the lipstick demoulder, and can be directly packaged. (Lipstick demoulder)
