Small box glue filling machine
Equipment Specifications:
The product-hand-to-boxing machine synchronously transports materials onto the front conveyor belt. When photoelectric sensors detect products passing through the machine, mechanical mechanisms sequentially activate all functions: carton loading, box opening, forming, material pushing, packaging, ear stamping, fold folding, tongue insertion, and final shaping. This integrated process reduces workforce requirements by approximately 6-8 personnel while boosting production efficiency by 1.5 times.
Carton requirements: (unit: cm)
1. The carton should be pre-folded by the supplier, and the direction of the carton should be consistent.
2. The carton ears should be rounded corners.
3. There should be no leakage of glue inside the carton.
4. The carton should not be bent or deformed.

Box Holder Mechanism
(1) The storage unit can hold up to 800 cartons at once, requiring manual replenishment when used up.
(2) The adjustable mechanism features a spiral adjustment system for carton sizes. Improper adjustments (including guide rails, suction cups) or insufficient indentation depth may prevent cartons from opening.
Material conveyor belt
(1) The material conveyor belt is used to place products. The conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the size and specifications of the products: loosen two screws and move them crosswise to adjust the material pusher.
(2) The side panels on both sides of the material pusher prevent products from being placed sideways and can better push the materials.

(2) If products are being conveyed but there are no paper boxes on the tray, the machine will automatically stop to perform self-checking.
(3) When delivering paper boxes to the pusher port, four side panels (top, bottom, left, and right) will open to support the box, allowing products to be smoothly pushed into the container. If products cannot be inserted, the machine will automatically stop to protect both equipment and products.
Box Mechanism:
(1) When products are placed in the carton, the machine automatically performs side folding and crease formation (as shown in the figure).
(2) This section serves as the precise adjustment point for length/width/height parameters. When switching to different box sizes, this position requires accurate calibration. The mechanism is equipped with a protective glass cover to prevent sudden contact from foreign objects that could compromise operational stability.
