1.We gladly provide free standard samples from our ready inventory—only shipping costs will be your responsibility.
2.Customized samples require a formal sample order and involve sample production fees. Specific details will be confirmed upon further discussion.
What is your production lead time?
Our standard lead time is 25-30 days. The specific production lead time depends on the manufacturing process selected by the customer and is subject to fluctuations based on seasonal demand (peak/off-peak seasons), but we prioritize urgent orders whenever possible.
What is your payment term?
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance via T/T before shipment. For long-term customers with good credit, terms are negotiable.
