3.Can you provide some tube packaging samples for evaluating?

(1) We gladly provide free standard samples from our ready inventory—only shipping costs will be your responsibility.

(2) A Customized sample requires a formal sample order and involve sample production fees. Specific details will be confirmed upon further discussion.

4.What is your production lead time?

Our standard lead time is 25-30 days. The specific production lead time depends on the manufacturing process selected by the customer and is subject to fluctuations based on seasonal demand (peak/off-peak seasons), but we prioritize urgent orders whenever possible.

5.What is your payment term?

Our standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance via T/T before shipment. For long-term customers with good credit, terms are negotiable.

6.What are the available diameters for your tubes?
Our standard tube diameters range from 13mm to 50mm, and we also support custom sizes. Could you please share your specific requirements for the product content and filling volume? This will help us recommend the most suitable diameter for you.
