1. We are happy to provide free standard samples from our inventory at any time
(shipping costs will be borne by you).
2. Customized samples (with your design printed) require mold fees and take

A: Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance via
T/T before shipment. For long-term customers with good credit, terms are negotiable.
